Mentorship Executive

As a Mentorship Executive you will participate in one of the most exciting tasks in organising an accelerator: acquiring and maintaining contact with mentors! You will reach out to various prominent figures in the start-up ecosystem in order to convince them to join our programme, contact them for regular updates and assist them during the events. You will also participate in creating and running the machine of Kickstart as a vital team member.

General Interests / Skills / Experiences:

●  Most importanantly: communication skills and people skills

●  Interest on start-up ecosystem and, ideally, accelerators

●  Organizational skills

●  Passion for supporting peers in building their ventures

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Acquire new mentors by reaching out to various founders or VCs

●  Maintain good relations and contact with current mentors of Kickstart

●  Develop new ideas on how to effectively make use of a created network

●  Attend weekly meetings of Kickstart
