Marketing Outreach Executive

Interests / Skills / Experiences:

●  Interest and/or experience in the start-up space

●  Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

●  Past experience with conducting customer/sales outreach (e.g. on LinkedIn)

●  Ability to interpret needs across Kickstart Global’s student network, and to plan, develop, and implement appropriate marketing strategies

●  Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)

Roles & Responsibilities:

●  Extract data from various sources to analyse marketing insights after each marketing campaign

●  Plan and conduct customer interviews for feedback regarding

●  Use social and media monitoring tools to identify and communicate key topics for content coverage

●  Report on overall success of outreach campaigns

●  Provide real-time, digital support to the wider marketing team to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and achieve company goals

Social Media Executive

Interests / Skills / Experiences:

●  Interest and/or experience in the start-up space

●  Experience with graphic design software (Figma, Canva, Photoshop) - to provide portfolio of past work samples in application

●  Experience with managing social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn and e-mail marketing platforms

●  Strong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, enhancing Kickstart Global’s storytelling

●  Skills in interpreting social media analytics to inform content strategy

●  Organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and work across multiple projects

Roles & Responsibilities:

●  Identify target audience segments and create tailored content to engage them effectively.

●  Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.

●  Write compelling captions, headlines, and descriptions to maximize audience engagement.

● Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to comments and inquiries.

●  Coordinate with external stakeholders, agencies, and vendors to ensure consistent brand messaging and maximize campaign effectiveness.

●  Collaborate with internal teams, including Programme and Events & Partnership to align social media efforts with broader initiatives at Kickstart Global.
